Let’s Elope
Perfect simple option without a ceremony.
All legalities fulfilled at a venue of your choice up to 10km outside of Brisbane CBD. Lodgement of all documentation post-wedding.
What's included:
Initial consult to determine suitability, additional in-person pre-wedding consult to understand your requirements
Witness to pre-wedding document signatures
Availability to answer queries via text, phone and email as required
Performance of wedding ceremonial duties on the day
Lodgement of all legal documentation post wedding
Order of your official, legal marriage certificate
Short & Sweet
An entirely bespoke, fun celebration that is personalised and all about you! Includes assistance with vows, readings, rituals and how to incorporate the special people in your life into your day.
Everything in Let's Elope PLUS:
In-person/remote consults to cover documentation, ceremony structure, readings and rehearsal (if desired)
Support for both parties ensuring the vows align with the rest of the personalised ceremony
All vows and readings printed on card for ceremony
Availability via text, phone and email to answer questions as they arise
On-day support up to 3 hours before the ceremony.
All travel costs included
Guidance and advice provided to your attendees and guests ensuring smooth running of your ceremony
MC Services
Keep the vibe flowing from “I do” right through to the dance floor! Because your best mate deserves to be on the dance floor, not stuck with a microphone. Think of it as the encore to my celebrant gig 💃🏼🕺🏼
What's included:
Smooth transitions from ceremony and all the way through your reception
Leave your guests and friends free to celebrate with you (cocktail in hand, as they should be)
I’ll wrangle the speeches, wrangle the crowd (and possibly Uncle Kev if he gets the mic too long)
Make sure the spotlight stays exactly where it should—on you two ✨
Renaming Ceremony🏳️🌈
Rites of passage are essentially human and how we welcome our newest members into our communities. People who have changed their names, their gender and/or their identity can reintroduce themselves to the world.
This ceremony is an essential marker and will create memories for the new journey you are embarking on.

That’s where I come in. I’m Sian Lavater, the celebrant behind I Do Colourful Celebrations, and for the past six years, I’ve been marrying lovebirds from coast to coast, all over Australia. With a perfect five-star reputation (thank you, thank you!), I’ve mastered the art of creating unforgettable ceremonies and running a business doing what I love—and getting paid for it!
